- NOFX live at The Cattle Club: Oct 29th, 1993 - Green Day live at The Cattle Club: Feb 15th, 1994 The question is: why Fat Mike and Billie Joe wear same shirt??
Epic set, I can't believe they were SO GOOD even back then. And Mike's writing has always been some of the best in the scene. He really can make stuff catchy as heck if he wants. Soul doubt is also a good example how talented the band was/is. Crossing over genres perfectly.

Moron Bros, Green Corn, Shower Days, The longest line, Stickin in my Eye, Please play this song on the radio, Malachi Crunch. You gotta give it to them, they were already more than epic in '93. And Fat Mike occasionally talking about being old and tired. If he had known they'd still be touring 25 years later haha. Thanks for the upload, made my day!
@@borisgerster9573 if u haven't heard the story behind it check out The Hepatitis Bathtub! It give the song the depth to be one of the best song ever written by any band non fictional or otherwise.
Saw them in ABQ, NM on this tour. Ten Foot Pole opened, and Pennywise was supposed to be there but got stuck in a snowstorm. One of the best shows I ever saw.
Yeah I stumbled o nthe audiobook, I had no intention on listening to the whole thing, but it was so good, I bought the book immediately after, some amazing stories, but Smelly has the best arc!
Fat Mike seems like a pretty savvy guy though. They'd have been a lot different without hefè but I think they'd have still made it. Plus, Mike writes all the songs. Also, Fat Mike is kind of funny too despite being a bit of an ass hole sometimes.
@@overkill7990 absolutely! Steve tore shit up on Ribbed! Ribbed is still my favorite album from them. Front to back it's the best shit. I still love the Hefe LPs eminencely.
Damn in my opinion this is what makes a band great, talent and presence! Never seen them live but I’ve ran into each member before lol I’ll see them live on their final tour
Wow. You're Bleeding when they miss the lyrics, priceless. Def a personal fave song of theirs. I could hear it over and over and it doesn't get old, great lyrics too
The Cattle Club had so many good shows in the 80’s and early 90’s. I get High School flashbacks watching these old shows from there. I wish someone recorded Social Distortion when they played there.
I was at that show. I believe our band played there the weekend before with Deftones. Maybe it was the week after…. My memory from the 90s well, lots of mind altering substances back then lol
Glad all of these vhs’s I couldn’t afford from punkrockvids.com or eBay when I was in jr.high and high school are being uploaded. I remember sending cash through the mail all over the world for bootlegs. Even change when I had to. Wish I knew what happened to all of them. I ran away as a young teen and upon returning home my room was gone through and everything my parents thought was bad was taken.
Ahh, so much energy, awesome playing....they were a lot younger. But then again they got shitty live well before they were old. It’s almost like mike decided he wanted to suck live. I have continued to enjoy most of their albums over the years / decades but when I have have seen them live it has been pretty bad. This is classic NOFX here!
