I still have this but the problem is the camera's flash is not working. Any idea how to fix the issue? Thanks

If the phone was turned off for a very long time, charge it for a few hours then power it on and leave it on for 30 minutes then try again. It needs some time for the balast (condenser) to charge so it can power the xenon flash. If it's still not working, you can try to update the firmware (it may be just a software problem). If you did all this and it's still not working, then you may have a broken balast or the xenon bulb and the only solution is to change it. You can look for cheap broken phones and take it's flash.
