Everyone was calling out for Nokia to switch to Android and they thought since we had the biggest market share, let us force our fans to use Meego or Symbian. So they had two OSs that were competing to gain attention of the executives when Android and iOS was quickly gaining moment. What I'm I trying to say, Nokia's decision to stick with Meego and Symbian then jump over to Windows (WTF Windows had drastically lost market share to BlackBerry that was beginning to lose share to iOS) instead of switching over to Android. In other words, Nokia built Samsung.
No, technically, you didn't. But, the life cycle of an electronic product is as short as a love bug's. You should have measured and felt the pulses of the market but not your management team only. Nevertheless, it was a good product after all.
