You can instead flash your phone using the program "Windows Device Recovery Tool".

Hi! I have a windows phone 535. Everytime i turn the phone off or if the phone turned off coz its lowbatt and when i turn to power on it will just appear the MICROSOFT NAME LOGO until the small WINDOWS LOGO and afterwards it will turn off again w/o appearing the BIG WINDOWS LOGO. And it will just keep ON & OFF. Before, if i do the hard reset it will just get back,but just this recently and now i keep on doing hard reset but it never comes back anymore. It just keep on just boot looping until the battery drains😔what should i do with my phone?! I really love this phone of mine and i am still using it even i have my 2 new phones.

i have a nokia 5 honestly dont know anything else but that. it was used when i bought it so it didnt come with box. anyhow, its stuck on the screen where it says nokia. every time i shut it off using up and power button it automatically starts up again and stays on nokia. help!

I had this exclamation mark once. Then after that the loading loop started. I get the Nokia logo and then the phone reboots. Now when I try this method the phone just reboots, no more exclamation mark. Cant reset it. Its over....

I tried this with my lumia 435 and it got to the gears and loading bar and then it tried to get to that menu but keep doing a constant loop of the microsoft logo

Tried it once on Lumia 550 and the gears were rolling then went back to the screen logo and stayed on-screen logo for over 45 minutes. I had to take the battery out to stop it. I've now gone and bought a decent phone Samsung A40
