@@kappawear There is a point where it goes from hindering the regime's war to starving out the people inside. We need to sanction them but at the same time we can't be creating a hunanitarian crisis for the 100+ million people in Russia. Blocking access to tires in Russia will just create a safety hazard, what will happen when tires suddenly costs 10x as much and people are driving in what is already very unsafe icy conditions in the Russian winters and people are running on 5+ year old tires they can't replace. They have been putting sanctions on literally everything but largely left their oil and gas industry alone, which is what actually feeds the war. Harassing tire companies into closing down production in Russia serves little to no purpose in helping the population in Ukraine. Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦

The people of Russia are good and their government is doing things they may not support. All the sanctions do is build angst amongst average people and punish them for their governments actions.
