@@abzda1700 doesn't negate the fact that he is, too though. I said it on another comment, but the meds don't matter. I've been HEAVILY medicated and questioned by the police. I didn't say anything and I'm a regular civilian. I knew that I wasn't in the headspace to accurately make a statement, so I didn't. If you're aware enough to talk to the police,then you're aware enough to NOT talk to them, too. Maxx ratted too.
