Nomato Sauce Recipe 2 cups cooked carrots 1 cup cooked beets 1 Tbsp garlic 1 Tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1 Tsp pepper 1 Tsp salt *remember canned carrots and beets have added salt Blend: use small amount of left over beet juice to get desired consistency

Paul, first thank you for taking the time to make this video for people who don't eat tomatoes. I'm allergic to tomatoes but I'm also allergic to Beets, could you offer another option to the beets?
Thank you, I will try this recipe but omitting onion/garlic powder and pepper. I will try with hing and more herbs instead due to allergies. Perhaps also some sumac.
@@SpartanLeonidas1821 fantastic! I now meal prep 20 or so individual lasagnes and any left over sauce I freeze in cubes to add to other meals. THIS SAUCE WAS A PERFECT CURE FOR US, THANK YOU SO MUCH 😃

Thanks for this recipe. We have tried a few nomato sauces but it seems like it’s always missing something. We can’t do nightshades and it’s a pain to dig through the freezer to find our homemade no-mato sauce & thaw when I get home at 8pm or later… I’d like to pressure can the sauce…
