Former police officer Nomia Ndlovu is back in the High Court in Johannesburg sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court today. The state is further interrogating her. Ndlovu has been quizzed on how she had registered Madala Homu as a spouse although he was actually her cousin. She is also accused of killing five of her family members and her boyfriend in order to fraudulently benefit from insurance claims amounting to over R1.4 million rand. A person is allowed to have a translator in a case whether u know English or not. The state needs to ensure that a person can give answers or testimonies as clear and comfortable as possible. The question I have is, are you not allowed to look for better medical care for a family member if she previously stated that the nurses at Thembisa hospital stated that they gave the patient pain killers and there is nothing more they could do
