NonAlignment 2.0: A Foreign and Strategic Policy for India in the Twenty First Century, authored by Sunil Khilnani, Rajiv Kumar, Pratap Bhanu Mehta, Lt Gen. (Retd.) Prakash Menon, Nandan Nilekani, Srinath Raghavan, Shyam Saran, and Siddharth Varadarajan, was launched in New Delhi on 28 February 2012. The document was discussed by India's current National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon, and by two of his predecessors, M. K. Narayanan and Brajesh Mishra.
