Watching this did actually give me an idea for a different “Casual Fan vs Ben 10” themed drinking game. So we’ve established that Paul can fairly accurately differentiate between real and fake aliens, right? Well, Ben 10 famously (or infamously) went through 4 major art styles in its long run. Why not see if Paul can correctly identify which alien comes from which era? You could use key art of human Ben to give a taste of each era style, but for the aliens themselves stick to Kuro’s drawings for a more unified aesthetic, so that identification is based solely off of design principles.
21:48 this one actually feels like a classic alien. Most of the time, it's hard to imagine aliens from newer shows in the first one, but this one would feel right at home in one of the classic episodes
Yeah I think it’s because it has those eyes that you’d see in a lot of classic style aliens, with the light green colour and a black circle around the eye.

Squidstrictor was a cheaty choice considering he only ever appeared in the live shows and his canonicity is debatable. In my head, if the show designers made it, even after the show ended, it's canon to me. One million slots to fill and we haven't even broke a hundred yet.
@@mitcharlotte672 yeah, if it didn't appear in the show then it's questionable since the people behind the show say they aren't. But again with a million+ slots to fill odds are they're in there somewhere? And anytime Ben meets a sapient alien and the Omnitrix doesn't react confirms it's in it already, from UA forward.
Not sure if this is something you decided to ignore in favor of a funnier name, but Ben does have a canonical transformation for Argit's species. Dwayne McDuffie confirmed it, and its name is Snorecupine.

Dude was hitting home runs until Kickin Hawk. Edit: Squidstrictor was kinda a trick question. He’s confirmed to be real but we never saw him in the show. Or did we see the species and I don’t remember. There were a lot of Undertown aliens in the background I gloss over.
Squidstrictor was made by the French and Asian branch’s of CN for two LiveAction StagePlays, “Ben10 rise of VilEON” and “Power of the Omnitrix” He was never used in the show, but he has official toys and a Costume for the StageActors.

Hilarious video, especially towards the end. Maybe to avoid the psychological ordering like what happened at the start, you could think of a way to randomize which alien Paul has to guess next.

You should do it with Ben's ultimate aliens The rules are the same except you must identify which ones the original ultimate alien design and which ones the redrawn ultimate alien design
"is the theme of these aliens to be really freaking scary" my dude, this is one of the things Man of Action did so well, was make aliens that felt real nothing was every too out there, they all had believable abilities They either has prey like defences, or predator like advantages I could do on to say that To'kustar was maybe odd for a species, and that XLR8's balls were non-biological but in general they made sense and The Ink Tank crew have continued in that legacy of making their aliens as realistic and based on some form of logic for why they developed such an ability
Honestly the name thing Paul was talking about is true. Even if the alien is real if Ben doesn’t turn into it then the name is fake which can be misleading
The Argit one was hilarious, I was expecting him to say his name was Argit then he just said “Prick” LOOL I thought he was joking and was gonna say his actual name but nah man he stuck by it, glad he got it right 😭

Video Suggestion: Redesigning the Kevin transformations. You could try it as redesigning them into a different fusion style, or just create a new and improved version of what you’d have wanted out of them, if you were in charge of that part of the show. As a bonus round, you could do a 5YL mutant Kevin.
Maybe a video that has Alien fusions for Paul to guess and I know ORAsh would love to help with that for a Real or Fake and the looser has to draw a fusion of 25 aliens from 5yl.
I swear to goodness I hope Ben uses Low crawl as a bluff for being a bomb while being up again Octagon and Rhomboid. If this alien is quite rare and not that many aliens know about it. But since it is rare, I am sure a bunch of people rich people have them for bounty. So maybe a non-knowlegable person on aliens.
The only reason I know about that Squidstrictor alien was because I had a very very vague memory of that alien as a toy I had gotten from a live action performance of Ben 10 many years ago
