Every song he sings is amazing!

Chris Stapleton (and his wife Morgane) may be classified as country, but I generally get a more blues feeling from his songs rather than straight country or even modern country. You can pick anything at all to react to from him, they're all good, but my suggestion is to stick to the live performances rather than the recording studio. The recording studio tends to smooth out this slight scratchiness in his voice that is just beautiful. He just performed "Cold" at the 2022 Grammys if you're interested.
