Korean celebrities are known to go through very severe diets through their careers in order to maintain their image. Even though some can be pretty drastic, are they all that bad?

@@angiewalczuk536 you have to eat 1 apple for breakfast then for lunch you eat a boiled sweet potato then for dinner you have a protein shake and for exercise you do 1 hour cardio. It very bad for you and very hard to do.

DKSeokmin Smile youd lose like 3kgs but usually end up gaining most of the weight back or binging so i wouldn’t recommend it

If you want to lose weight try portion control and decrease food slowly. Decrease portion then continue till your body is used to it. Then repeat but don't decrease portion too much. Check how much you need and decrease only so you loss 2 kg max in a month. It will be permanent that way.

One of the most extreme diet is the Somi diet. It consist of eating: . 1 banana+ a glass of water for breakfast . 1 banana + a glass of water for lunch . 1 banana + a glass of water for dinner It’s really extreme and I don’t recommend this to anyone. Take care of yourself everyone and stay safe!

I don't even need to do diets!! Actually it's because I train 4 times a week (ballet) But I still eat all my chicken, vegetables, carbo and stuff but my mom puts less salt and sugar and stuff so I don't need to diet and still stay slim and healthy! :D

Word 16 hours and a half without food, no brushing your teeth in the morning which I hate but oh well. It’s really easy when you eat a lot of food at night and drink a lot of water then you won’t be hungry in the middle of the day.
