The natural hair type is what characterizes this. If your parents have silky smooth hair, you'll have hair like that without taking much care of it. Shampoo and conditioner hardly plays a role in this.

I have oily hair and dandruff problem. So, I use the head and shoulder shampoo. You don’t have to use conditional. It’s ok to use the shampoo itself already have conditioner inside

I have dry wavy hair. So mostly washing hair once in winter and 2 to 3 times in summer is enough. I use shampoo, conditioner. Then when my hair is dry i apply small amount of oil by seperating my hair in hair and then brush . Sometimes oil or homemade hair mask.
