I love this video! I want to challenge a thought though. Habit #7 about keeping your finances under wraps. While some aspects of your money should stay private, I do not agree with keeping it all in house. If it had not been for people being willing to be open and share, there is no way I would be on my own financial freedom journey. Some things I had no experience with and flat out didn’t know. There may be people around you that know way more than you that can be of assistance. I’m not saying share with any and everyone but if you are struggling or drowning in debt, seek counsel. A later tip, 10 I think talked about meeting someone to talk about life insurance and investments for example so it’s a little contradictory.

Oh trust me, I don't get on here thinking everyone will agree with me lol! I actually appreciate comments like this because it provides for great conversation! Habit #7 I absolutely agree with you! I think there are great people to talk to that do have more knowledge and experience when it comes to finances. I could have definitely clarified more that I was more so speaking to those who overshare with EVERYONE! I would be willing to sit down with those whom I trust or a professional who can point me in the right direction but, just telling to tell and not being mindful of the information being shared is something one should watch for. Habit # 10 was about surrounding yourself with likeminded people. I don't see a contradiction. This habit was not about sharing personal details, it was about changing the conversations. We need more to talk about rather than the latest gossip. So having general conversation about things learned when it comes to investments or things like insurance is a way of having more to talk about that elevates both parties involved. I really do appreciate this comment! And thank you so much for taking time away from your day to watch!! 🥰❤
