The main goal of Newari cuisine is "not to waste even a single part of a buffalo", so there exist 100s of different dishes.

Newari food is culinary delight of the nation. It is very unique in all senses. Try fokso fry ( lung fry ) and haku chyal ( black roasted buff meat) which drive you to the heaven. Jai Newari food.

Most of these delicacies you guys served is incomplete.. They are served with locally made aila (alcohol) or thon(rice beer). And with this only the spices and the fats plays with the taste .. You guys even distorted the pronunciations... Its great that this types of videos are being made but you guys should be careful with the pronounciations.... Anywaysss! Keep it up guys

Didi these are not "Nepali exotic food", they are "newari food"(very tasty) most of them. You just got the organs from a buffalo and a goat boiled and fried them and served that.. the tittle " nepali exotic food" is sooo wrong here. These are newari items, easily available as street food everywhere. Not exotic at all and nepali food includes cuisine from himalayan communuties( sherpa food, tamang food and many more), cuisines from hilly areas ( wonderful cuisines from rai and limbu community, brahmin, chettri cuisine and desserts and many more), cuisines from terai area ( madhesi delicacies, tharu cuisine and many more). Alikati homework garera video halnu hola or tittle rakhnu hola. Views kamaune chakkar ma galat info nafailaunus. THESE ARE just organs from buffalos and goat .. boiled or fried. Those items are delicioussss but nepali exotic food ma newari buff and goat organs matra pardaina.

Fokso fry with it's orange Newar sauce is a crowd favourite in restaurants. It tastes delicious, texture is almost like a grinded fish patty with no fish smell. The sauce is a newar special sauce, it's orange medium thick with himalayan hogplum flavour. These exotic delicacies are not everyday food like the host said. In the everyday newar cuisine there's food like momo, haluwa swari, bamboo shoot tarkari, bara, wo, buff egg wo, chhoila, sekuwa, lakhamari, gwaramari, lentil soup, chatamari etc. You can google these names and you'll know what foods they are. Thanks to you two ladies for trying the exotic menu and make another video trying the everyday menu. You'll get a complete feel of Nepalese Newar cuisine after you try all those foods I listed. Other cultures cuisine is also good to try such as Tamang food.

You should surve that first food when its warm with samaya baji / cheura You should add Choila Yamari chatamri Bara So maney other food were there to choose from Its Low budget or low research video ..
