This is the same way of working at Panda Express, keep cooking, replenishing tray of 8 different kinds of foods, noodles, fried or steam rice, until it slows down to a trickle of orders. Then, you have the chance to relax, while doing the prepping...it's all in a day's work at Panda Express! Happy eating! Getting paid $20/hour is not bad, for an ex con who learn to cook prison meals. As an added perk, you get free meals.

Call the food "Mixed Dishes Rice", not mixed rice dishes.... You mix the dishes on your rice before you pay/eat. Mixed rice means the rice is mixed, like Grade A rice mixed with Grade B rice, sticky rice mixed with Basmathi rice, etc.

No, what we called it as "Economy Rice". You will be given a plate of filled rice, take whatever dishes u wish. Once done, move to cashier. U have to pay what u took just now. Then enjoy your food ~

Nice but the names of incredients not mentioned. It is vital because we dont know names of meat or ingredients involved. Some could be taboo for people.
