Ingredients:-
200 gm Chicken Liver/Kaleji
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 sliced Onion
1 sliced Capsicum
2 slit Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Crushed Black pepper/ Black pepper powder
5-6 Curry Leaves
3-4 tbsp Oil
2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Method :-
Marinate Chicken Liver with salt and Ginger Garlic paste for 15 to 30 minutes.
*Take a tawa or a Pan heat Oil.
*Add Onion and fry till it turns translucent.
*Add Capsicum and Green Chillies and fry till they turn soft.
*Add marinated Chicken Liver and fry for 10 minutes or medium to high flame.
*Add turmeric mix well.
*Add Crushed black pepper and Curry leaves and fry for 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
*Add Salt to taste
Add Lemon Juice at the end and serve hot.
