Hi Fred, at 6 minutes you talk about how consciousness arises with the body, that it is not present before or after the body. This seems to contradict what some teachers say. Could you elaborate on this? Thanks, Will

Hi Fred, I had a little breakthrough with your " homecoming " visualisation. When you state that " there's only one thing going on and your it " I had the silly thought that that sounded like " seperation ". Another thing you have said that you can't practice yourself into enlightenment,. I listen to your books ( visualisations ) on audible , is this practice of any use?. Thanks Alan.

How do you "know" that which is prior to form if you can't experience it? it's easy to tell what you are not as long as you can perceive it, I can "see" the thoughts and the idea of a Julio Fiss, I can't see the awareness, I can't tell if it's infinite or not, if it needs the brain to exist or not etc... if I cannot perceive it I cannot prove to the mind any of these claims teachers like you make about awareness or conciousness. Perhaps you will say that it is the imaginary character that wants to figure this out but it's hard to move from intelectual understanding to just ignoring the mind objections, that's what religious people do, should I just quit trying to figure this out? I don't like blind faith, it makes the character sound stupid.
