None Were with Him - An Apostle's Easter Thoughts on Christ 

I've been a member of the Church for seven months now, and while over the summer I have gotten a little lax (I'm the only LDS in my family, and some of my family members continually question my choice to be apart of the Church), I always read some Scripture, or come and watch these touching videos, and they remind me why I chose to join. I hope and pray that I can continue in this faith, and show others the blessings I have recieved and experienced since my baptism and faith in Jesus Christ. :)

Regardless of religion you have to admit that this is a life changing message. I am proud to say that I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It is a wonderful message that the Apostle, of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Elder Jeffrey R. Holland gave us to contemplate.

This is a very good reminder to all. Not just Christian's or Latter Day Saints, but to EVERYONE. Jesus Christ was no ordinary man. He was not fiction. He was not just a nice man doing nice things. He is our Savior and our Lord and Redeemer.

This is by far my favorite clip. I keep coming back to it when I struggle. It reminds me that we are never truly lost, and Jesus suffered all things for us; when I think of this it breaks my heart and at the same time fills it with hope for all of us. I know the church is true!

I am proud to be LDS. I am not old enough to serve a mission yet, but I am preparing. Christ lives. He loves us all and we must stand by him because he stood by us even until death.

I just watched this in Seminary. It made me choke up, more so with that music. It continues to astound me how much Jesus has done for us.

What a powerful message. Jesus Christ came to this earth, died for us, rose the third day, and He lives!

This is one of my favourite talks...... bring tears to my eyes but i feel joy that Jesus Christ humbly bore all things and so can I. I know that God loves us dearly and Jesus Christ is indeed the Saviour and Redeemer of the world, only through him can we be saved.The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints is Gods church on the earth today. Families can be together forever through Heavenly Fathers Plan. JESUS CHRIST LIVES!

I am so thankful for my elder brother Jesus Christ and his atoning sacrifice for me. The atonement is very personal, and I am forever in debt to Him. He lives and loves each one of us. I pray that we may all stand as witnesses of Christ at all times and in all things and in all places. Amen.

I hope... I just hope that someone like me can see this. I have fallen so far away. I grew up in a strong LDS family andI served a full-time mission. But what I thought I wanted wasnt found in places I was searching. But the peace I needed was here. And it took being brought so low to see it.

"Jesus of Nazareth, the living Son of the living God, restored physical life where death had held sway and brought joyful, spiritual redemption out of sin, hellish darkness, and despair" I am so grateful this is True!

Elder Holland is inspired and so eloquent. I love this gospel, and I am so grateful that Christ died for me.

Isn't it wonderful that we have a source to help us through our times of trouble. He is the only way through which we can find peace and happiness.

This is an amazing message. I am grateful for my savior Jesus Christ! I cannot imagine the great love he has for me! It must be great, because he was willing to suffering and die for me! I thank my Heavenly Father! I pray that I may come closer unto my God!

An amazing, sacred, solemn witness of the Savior by an anointed representative, even an Apostle of the Lamb.

I am so grateful the Savior has stood by me in my hardest and lonely days. I know he is truly my Savior and only his peace is lasting and true.

This is one of the most spiritually charged videos and messages ever. It is so powerful and is one of my favorites, especially for the Easter season.

Elder Holland is, as always, a spiritual giant. His talk on the Savior was truly riveting and I don't think anyone who listened, could help but feel the Spirit through his humble words.

It is hard to find words to describe this incredibly beautiful message. I love my Savior so much, His word eachday and to have a Hallmark of His apostles word everday. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is true and loved by desciples across the globe.

Elder Holland is one of Christ 12 apostles on the earth today. I've come to know Christ to a much greater degree through messages like this and many others. He lives and my family will one day be re-united with him.

What a great message, this all really happened and Christ really is alive right now.

Each of us have very personal and sometime daunting experiences, how beautiful to know that we are not walking alone. I know that our Savior Jesus Christ has been at my side, especially during the moments I felt that I could bear no more.

I'm so grateful for my Savior and his sacrifice on the cross and in the garden. What a great message for this Easter season. The tomb and death really were conquered!

I come back to this video and the original talk over and over for a spiritual pick me up. How powerful Elder Holland's testimony is to know that he speaks to the Lord - face to face. There isn't a more purer knowledge on this earth than the testimony of God's current Prophets and Apostles. He lives!

brings you to tears to know that our savior had to suffer for us. Any time you think you are not good enough or broken, remember that you were important and precious enough for our savior to die for you. Truly lets you know that you matter.

It is amazing to me. The way total strangers feel when we witness a message of truth. Christ is the "living waters". Those who search Him will not go thirsty. You can not find this peace in any other way.

These words and video gripped me like no other. His journey must have been so difficult and alone. I love my Lord. Not matter what you think of Him and those who try to follow his teachings, I hope you know He loves you still.

Yes!! The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the Lord's Kingdom here on the earth. We have Apostles and Prophets to guide in these troubled times.

What a blessing Jesus Christ has given us so we can live with God again.

Merci to Elder Jeffrey R Holland for speaking by the spirit and loving the savior and showing that love to us. So that we may all feel and partake of the love that the savior has for us. This is just a small peak at what our savior did for us. A understanding that we may all carry with us. I bear testimony that he lives, and that he suffered for our sins, and paved the way willingly for us to be able to return to our father in heaven. I am so very grateful for this gift and blessing.

The Lord has done so much for me throughout my life, I can not deny the power of His atonement. He has been there for me when I have needed Him most and He is still there for anyone who wants to come closer to Him. He loves us and that is why He gave His life for us, not just for Latter Day Saints, but for everyone on this Earth, it makes no difference to him, He loves us all, come to Him and get to know Him to find out who you really are and what you are here to do.You don't have to do it alone

This video is truth in it's purest form. Anytime the savior is mentioned and what he has done for us and that he indeed did Rise again gives us all hope that we might live again with our Father in heaven. When truth is born it strikes a chord within our hearts that we cannot deny and this is one of those things that I cherish deeply is the ultimate sacrifice and the Resurrection of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

There have been times in my life that I have felt very alone and only the message of the Savior has helped me to endure my sorrows. I know He died for our sins and pains, and that He lives again.

This is still one of the most beautiful and profound Easter messages ever given. Let us rejoice in the resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ. Because He was resurrected, each and every one of us has the promise of a life after this.

I love this message. I testify of its truthfulness. I am so thankful that Jesus Christ took upon himself our sins, my sins and has shown us the way. I know that because of the great and many sacrifices that Jesus went through, we will all be able to ressurect and return to live with Him again. May we strive each and every day to live a Christ like love. In so doing, peace and harmony will return to a troubled world.

I am so happy that I am a member of the church! it is wonderful speakers and the priesthood that strengthens my testimony.

In His unique position of fully comprehending our every emotion, because He experienced them, Christ is true to His promise, "I will not leave you comfortless. My Father and I will come to you and abide with you." John 14:18,23. How amazing it is to have an Advocate, a Friend, a Savior. I love Him, and will follow Him.
