I'm so glad that Sumbul is standing up for herself in front of Noor Jahan and I'm absolutely loving the way Safeena and Noor Bano are providing her the support she needs to actually do it.
I know Maha is the one who should be the wife of Safeer. But then she married Safeer when he was already married to Sumbul, that makes Maha the second woman. So I don't see anything to glorify her. In truth she has snatched everything from Sumbul. Aur woh kamina Safeer aisi mard ko main Meri jutti se bhi na Maru.

What amazes me most about Pakistans is how they say that LGBTQ is against Islam and got a drama like Barzakh scrapped.. but nobody talks about what is also against the religion, which is to marry a second woman WITHOUT the permission of the first wife. Women of Noorjahan are a perfect portrayal of strong woman. They are not over glorifyd like other so-called strong female leads. They are flawed but they are strong. They don’t play victim card. They don’t show any nonsense attitude. They know how to fight back.
