This is an incredibly well done video. I was so impressed with the quality. It really brought to life the journey of this exceptional runner. An absolute joy to watch.
This was just amazing, it’s these exact kind of movies why I made a RU-vid account. Because there can never be enough movies like these of extreme high quality and inspiration.
Ultra runners run 25-30 miles for their weekly long run, but up in the mountains which is much harder and takes much longer than a 26.2 mile road training run. Try it some time.
Sinun videodokumentti on erittäin kiinostavaa. Olen myös Adidas Runners-in jäsenenä Bratislavassa, ja opettelen suomea. Kiitos sinun innoituksesta, se on minulle hyvin motivoivaa, olen innokas tekemään juoksua vielä paremmin. Minä pidän siitä paljon. Kiitoksia.

Keep up running.... you really are a role model.....!!!
Noora...I noticed in some of your running (not all) you were coming down on the balls of your feet. It seems for long distance running that would not be ideal...but then again what do I know.
Красота,грация,сила спорта и окружающей природы! У нас же лес варварски выпиливаются и уничтожается! А что осталось-загаживается нещадно! Обидно за русских!
Some excellent advice about not pushing too hard or too fast and to not loose the passion for long distance running that way. I am on a long road back to running after heart issues a few years ago. I am enjoying running again but my progress is very slow.
I have a Brazilian friend who intends to do this competition. He has a lot of talent to run long distances and is determined. The only problem for him is the usto of the trip. I would love to know if Garmin
She quit at 100K, I think. She hit a wall and decided to stop. It wasn't really explained. Some ultra runners will quit a race if things go bad early on. But she was pretty far into the race. At 100K...
