This was just amazing, it’s these exact kind of movies why I made a RU-vid account. Because there can never be enough movies like these of extreme high quality and inspiration.

After watching this last night it inspired me to go out and run 26.2 miles on my own. That pales in insignificance..what an athlete ! Wow..

Noora...I noticed in some of your running (not all) you were coming down on the balls of your feet. It seems for long distance running that would not be ideal...but then again what do I know.

Some excellent advice about not pushing too hard or too fast and to not loose the passion for long distance running that way. I am on a long road back to running after heart issues a few years ago. I am enjoying running again but my progress is very slow.

Ran that same course in Belfast in 2016, have the Belfast 24 Hour their each year ...one hard course under foot hard concrete paths...
