I've heard dozens of people sing this song, but NONE is as beautiful as Nora's version! This delightful performance, is nothing short of BRILLIANT! *********************
halleluja she sings the more perfectly then i ever heard before! Especially the way she sings the word ''composing'' in the first part is beautifull! keep up the good work nora!
The most beautiful version I have EVER heard...and I have heard about a undred versions of this song- no one can compete, your voice is perfect for this song. Keep it up! Awesome instrumentals in the background as well!
When lyrics, melody and voice coalesce you get a masterpiece. I absolutely love this version of Hallelujah. Some girls are blessed with beauty. Some girls are blessed with a gift of voice. This girl is blessed with both...Bravo
And go about 5 years later, and this little angel got most votes in her semifinal-heat to MGP/ESC. She is one of the favourites to win it all. Good luck Nora Al Jabri
I've only just found this, and find that my pleasure in her voice is overcome by my disquiet at hearing a child sing the words ' you used to let me know.. what's going on down below, but now you never show it to me, do ya?' Comes much better from a middle aged man
Some people have a great voice but no soul. Some people have soul but can't sing...Nora has soul and a beautiful voice. She is incredibly talented.. I absolutely love this version and I absolutely love her soul
Wie kann man als 11-jährige so eine wundervolle Stimme haben? :) Echt schöne Stimme..Wie können 34 Leute ihre Stimme nicht mögen?? Das ist sooo schön :) Man muss sie einfach lieben.. =)
I heard there was a secret chord that NORA played and it pleased the Lord....It goes like this, you are a beautiful singer singing a beautiful song and I love listening to your song
I was listening to this song by someone else when I was thinking of this version I heard a long while ago which got me back here. Still the best version of this song!
She's AMAZING! Goodness what a voice she has! Those big beautiful eyes...she's a beautiful young lady with an incredible gift from God! Now she's gotta be 17 or 18 so I'm going to go see what she's doing now!
With the eyes of an angel, and such a beautiful voice, how can the heart not be renewed, brought closer to ineffable; a lovely song, sang by a real queen. Indescribably moving and beautiful.
To the people who disliked this video: I'm assuming you find it strange when an eleven year old sings about "moving in you," if ya know what I mean. That is the only possible way you could dislike this video. Her voice is amazing.
Holy Shit! Tears were welling up in my eyes. She is gorgeous and I've never heard such a beautiful voice in my entire life. That was Amazing Nora. Sykt bra Nora, du har ein FANTASTISK stemme og det er akkuratt som å høre på en engel synge av glede. Jeg begynte nesten å gråte og fikk gåsehud over hele kroppen. Du er rett og slett fantastisk!
Nora Foss al Jabri -sang Hallelujah - on "Live from TV 2" Oct 14, 1997. She was born 01/29/1996. She was a little older than 11 years in this video. Amazing voice. Her "Somewhere over the Rainbow" rivals any other singer. Best of luck to her future.
this girl is about to become the stars of the music, whether pop, rock, and more, has an incredible voice, it's nice nadhera it listens and moreover, it contributes very big fan I tighten it away and do not be tempted by the sleaze trade in the world are you a fan of music as a whole just gave thee
@hovx248: Cohen wrote every verse you've ever heard. When John Cale asked if he could perform it for Shrek, Cohen sent him about twenty verses. It was Cale who picked out the ones that form the version most people know now. Buckley might have added back in some of the other Cohen verses. Listen to a number of Cohen recordings/videos and you'll hear several versions.
There is a future for you with that voice. Take my advice don't waste it. You don't want to be one of the people like me writing comments in here when you can be the person getting them Good luck. I loved your song!
I just heard K.D Lang sing this song @ the Olympics but this girl's version is WAAAAAAY better!! She's has something in her that reaches you way down deep!! AMAZING!!
