We invited the outstanding piano virtuoso Jesús Molina to perform at the Nord Booth at NAMM 2018. Here are some highlights from his excellent performance on the Nord Stage 3! #iseenord
Jesus Molina is without a doubt in the top 5 jazz piano players of this time. It's not only his ability, he is beyond virtuoso at the piano, but you can tell he has the soul of a Master of Jazz just listening to him warming up.
With all of the respect for Nord keyboards (that I appreciate), this guy deserves a Steinway grand piano and the most important theatres of the world! God bless you, Jesus!
I’m a fan of both Molina and Domi and can’t really say who is better. Jesus has the better vibe and seems to be more relaxed but Domi’s ability to play multiple lines at once is genius. Fantastic we have such great young players like these either way.
Its unbelievable how humble this guy is with this level of a piano. I wonder would other pianists be so humble having this piano sound in their hands. After all that , Molina doesn't want to be Glorified for the skill. He always emphasize that Glory must be to God and that makes me to say :He's the best. The Speed , Accuracy, Touch all on point
We're up to 7 billion now. CONGRATS on finding the current, living Art Tatum. I knew he was out there. He's got that beefy hand that brings with it the finger speed that makes every other piano player alive want to just kill you out of jealousy-- or hang a picture of you above their sleeping place. It's the same feeling either way. That glissando at 0:33 is a perfect intro to the next idea. Pure genius. Oh my gosh the rag time at 3:50.. unbelievable. I can't stop editing my own comment. GREATEST JAZZ PLAYER LIVING!!!!
He is is Berklee now, i follow him since a few years in RU-vid. Amaizing, mind blowing, no words to describe his skills, he can be one of the greatest players of this century. He is developing and learning, obviusly not all is the fireworks but his playing speed, the clarity of the phrasing, the feeling and that left hand is amaizing. Eager to see and hear more from him.
God chose him to have this wonderful gift. His fingers are doing all this magical stuff while he’s sitting there looking completely unfazed almost bored at times. Incredible!
Great technical skills but he has to practice on how to play with feeling. Not going up and down scales at brake neck speed. Doesn't do anything for me
@@eternalsence3033 actually, berklee is more wanted for the networking opportunities and other music opportunities available. It's like a gateway the the music industry itself. Education vise, the difference between colleges are marginal, but the resourcefulness, exposure and opportunities are why berklee attracts.
False. If you have the drive and resources to get where he is, you can. All that’s left is for you to believe in yourself. Technique can be taught to anyone, it just takes hours of practice. :)
When I heard and saw this video, years ago, Jesus made me realize that it is possible to play anything on the keyboard/piano, and that you can pay homage to virtually any genre if you practice, study and amalgamate the techniques
He is so good and fast, actually I think that he is really beyond the limits of the keyboard. When he plays fast you can hear the keyboard struggling all the "digitalness" come out. Amazing player - he reminds me the greatest Oscar Peterson with his light style of playing and his joy on his face!
The ability of the mechanical structure to keep up with the speed of his fingers was obviously on the verge of breaking down. Incredible effort to achieve that kind of playing style. His left hand is better than the right one of many good pianists. Good watch. Thank you for sharing.
I love me some Cory and Jacob, but Molina has really squashed the grand acoustic piano.. It makes me think about the Nord Hammer action though, but still now I need to go work on my left hands
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW !!! Que músico extraordinario, increíble técnica e increíble gusto para tocar !! Y ese piano NORD suena una maravilla !! Increíble !!
Art Tatum, Zez Confrey, little bit of Oscar Peterson blended so masterfully. Where did this guy come from?! One of the all time best pianists that have ever lived. God has truly blessed you! Just blew me away Jesus!
I love you Jesus 😍 I cant stop watching this, im so obsessed with you, does it show, you just do it for me in every which way n I mean it sincerely YOU ARE FANTASTIC, THERES NO ONE LIKE YOU, YOU ARE UNIQUE IN EVERY WAY, YOUR THE MAN🎵🎹🎸🎤🎷🥁🙏🔥 greetings from ALL of us in South Africa❤💚💛🧡❤💙💜🖤
I hope Nord paid you extremely generously! Because you make this seem effortlessly and so damn happy easy.. Amazing how you can move your fingers so spontaneously!! Just mind blowing!!! What a marketing strategy for Nord!!
Felicitaciones, me encanta ver tu humildad.
Enlighten us.
Outstanding!!! The Olympus of musical greatness has become somewhat crowded in recent years with more prodigies and virtuosos than ever before, but theres always room for Jesus (Molina), not the other one.
just when you thought you'd seen it all...heres Jesus! I'm a huge fan after seeing this and I'm telling all my fellow musicians about this guy; he's a force of nature
