Lately I've had the great privilege of testing the Empress ParaEQ mkII Deluxe in my worship keys setup and I must say: Wauw, this is an amazing pedal. I'm currently working on a pedalboard for some of my favorite pedals and I've definitely include these. In this video I'm using all four outputs of the nord: 1-2 for the piano and 3-4 for the synth. I'm running the synth through the ParaEq's to shape the low-end and to add a bit of treble. The patch is built with Nord Keyboards "Grand Upright" which I've really come to like lately for its rich and woody tone. I'm using the pad "Sunday Pad" from my studio-quality custom-sampled pads library.
