Funny story... when i was a kid my aunts lived in Ft Worth TX. They would always take us to the mall because we didn't have one at home. I always associated Nordstrom with rich people because we just didn't have that kind of money!! So i still think of it as a rich folks store😂😂
Same here, only now as an adult it’s really just waaaaay overpriced goods made by the same manufacturers that produce Target and other retailer clothing. I haven’t shopped there in quite awhile but occasionally I will purchase shoes or beauty items if it’s a good deal.
Never shop the Nordstrom sale! However I am here for Jessica, the laughs, and to know what's in. You always do a great job honey. Thanks for the entertainment! Hugs!❤

Where I used to work, we sold these candles. They smell incredibly good when they are new and don't burn when you put your nose directly on them, but when lit, they smell absolutely nothing, a shame about the money

I don't shop at Nordstrom anymore but I'm still watching, ha ha! The BP brand comes from the teen section that used to be called Brass Plum. It was the "cool" place to shop as a teen in the early 90's.
Appreciate your video but not shopping the sale. IMO it's a lot of hype and marketing to get people to spend on a lot of things they won't wear for months. And most of the items end up on Black Friday sales sometimes cheaper.

I'm always interested in your commentary on how long things last. A good leather tote can easily last a lifetime if you take care of it (leather conditioner) and saving for solid gold instead or plated or vermeil saves you so much money because it will also last you a lifetime opposed to months/maybe a couple of years.
In reference to your “do not buy” list.. a lot of “recovery” branded shampoo and conditioner have keratin or proteins in them to help build back your hair cuticle. Those are products that, if over used/used when that’s not what your hair is lacking, can do the opposite and end up making your hair more coarse and brittle. Most people only need keratin once a month (if that) but it’s super personal to what your hair needs.
Hi Jessica! Love your videos (and The Disneyville Podcast)! Ok, so the Bombas are 100% worth it. My husband runs through socks like no other lol and managed to get a hole in one of his socks. I reached out to Bombas and without any hesitation, they sent him a replacement 6-pack of socks (his original order was a 6-pack) AND told him to keep the old ones too! So he now has 11 pairs just from purchasing the original 6-pack. They're pricey but definitely worth it!
Really liked some of your choices. Most people have been showing a lot of the same things. You seem to choose things we normal folks would like. One tip on the Gazelle sneakers, which did sell out on the second day, if you have a smaller foot, check on big kid sizes. I wear 6.5 usually and a kids 5 is almost identical and usually around $20.00 cheaper.

I have my eye on the Mary Janes and some make up and shampoo items (one is already sold out darn lol) I might be adding some items to my list now. Somethings I didn’t even see before. I never shop the sale cuz I don't have a Nordstrom card to shop early. and by the time they open it to the public , all the items recommended by the influences are out of stock. This Sale doesn't make sense to me.

🛍🛍🛍 Great video Jessica! I shopped yesterday and purchased only the things I really needed. I love the True & Co bras and the 3 pack of Donna Karan deodorant - I repurchase them every year. The Paris 24 sweatshirt was even better in person so I did get that. 2 sweaters from BP (1 cardigan and 1oversized v-neck) and I was done. The jeans prices were good, but I don't need any more. Same with the beauty items. So many things are sold out already - the Adidas sneakers and a dress I was looking at - but I'm not disappointed. I'm really happy I stayed under my budget😊

Voluspa candles do have scent. I’ve bought multiples and enjoy them. Scent amount ranges based on the scent. Also, they are great for people that get headaches from other candles. Voluspa is coconut wax which is good for people prone to headaches (like me). It’s a cleaner burn.
I have only shopped this sale once or twice. It was when something ABSOLUTELY Needed something each time and the price was good. I have not shopped for at least the last 5 years. I can just seem to find the almost sane exact thing as a DUPE for a fraction of the price 🛍️🛍️🛍️🛍️

I love love love my barefoot dreams dupe blanket, got it at TJ Maxx for 20 bucks(like you said) in this cute spring/summer print and now I want one for every season 😊 🛍🛍🛍

I love voluspa candles. Give it another try. The Santal Vanille is my favorite ❤️ it’s long lasting and makes my home smell amazing. For the Virtue brand I’ve only used the Volume Shampoo and it gave me great results. I did not experience any dryness. I would repurchase it in the future.
