I've had the OneBlade (Pro version) for three years now and I'm super happy with it. I've mostly used it for shaving with lather on (it's waterproof). The "shave" is not really that close but there's zero irritation, no chance of cuts and you can never get in trouble with ingrown hairs, which is what I had a hard time with. Saves time too because you go directly against them grain, no need for more passes. Don't use it that much nowadays because I use a DE, but it comes in handy sometimes, especially when travelling. An informative and unbiased review. I rarely grow a beard, goatee, or mustache. But I do have the Philips Norelco Multi Groomer All-in-One Trimmer. It's bulkier than the Supply and OneBlade trimmers and comes with several different head attachments, including a nose trimmer. The cost is only $20 and works great as a trimmer. It does come down to preference. I guess if I did a lot of facial trimming, I'd probably opt for the less expensive Norelco OneBlade.
Been thinking about one of these since seeing Costco had a sale on their Norelco model. Might pull the trigger based on your review, thanks for sharing sir!

Pretty nice trimmers. Phillips Norelco has always made really good electric razors and I've been checking out their Caretouch Head Shaver S3210/51 for bald men which has self sharpening blades and unlike my other head shaver, I can just buy replacement blades once a year.
I'll stick with my Braun SS Li Ion Trimmer, had it for years and works wonders for me. But either way, a guy needs a good reliable trimmer with the adapters for different grooming areas. Thanks Ken.
BaByliss FX Pro Trimmer gives almost the same short trimming result like the Philips OneBlade but you don't have the cost of the replacement of the blades. The BaByliss is more expensive to buy but way cheaper on the long term.
I’ve got a similar Philips model but it’s for the body. In my opinion these “trimmers” are better for the body than the face. I’ve got a Braun all-in-one trimmer that I use whenever my beard grows long, before I use my DE, so it’s easier.
Hey Ken, I love your videos. I was intrigued and purchased myself Merkur 23C and Merkur 34G. May I kindly ask how do you remove rust from safety razor due to the blade. Can I use alcohol wipes to remove the rust and vinegar with baking soda. I’ve been using dishwashing liquid but can’t seem to throughly remove all rust from the razors. Would olive oil also work as lubricant for the 34G?They are great btw. Keep your videos coming. I’d love to see an update on your watch and poster collection too. Cheers!

@Kensurfs i will say do not get the wahl trimmer. it tug's and pulls on the beard. the philips norelco multigroom 3000 does not and makes trimming the beard down enjoyable,painless and presses nice straight lines
know all but some barber in the uk have clipper from braun that has them sitting like that with the numbers! barber here in the us don't use them! they use jbl or whal
What a terrible sound. That's not something I would want to endure while shaving every day. Today's "three-day beards" come more from laziness. Because a clean beard requires more work to wash and shave the contours than a complete, quick wet shave.
