I think it’s been fairly clear since inception that international law at the highest global level is the law of the jungle, unfortunately.

The whole concept of this show is supposedly to look at both sides of an argument, yet you are completely unable to engage with the other side's arguments. Krystal starts out with an attack on Destiny's character/appeal to authority ("sitting like a child at the grown-ups table"), and then characterizes the other side's points as being "hasbara propaganda". Because nobody can seriously hold a different view than you without it being propaganda. Great journalism guys!

I'm not sure what interview Krystal watched, but I was surprised to see how a supposed learned scholar in his 70s acted like a five-year-old. His arguments were poorly constructed, and he relied heavily on appeals to authority and personal attacks, which undermined his credibility. The whole discussion amounted to blaming and mind-reading intentions, without resolving anything. The only thing that everyone agreed on, in the end, was that the situation seemed hopeless.
