I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I was INCREDIBLY lucky to have seen him perform in such a small, intimate setting. I only recorded a few minutes because I wanted to really be present and enjoy the show. Somehow I think I knew I'd miss him someday. I just never imagined it would be so soon.

Was gonna say, cool that I can see set by Norm but honestly, this a pos move. We all make mistakes. Recording a comedians set, may not be illegal, but it's essentially stealing. You're trying to profit off of someone else's material with out their consent. If you want fame or money go out and actually do something about it. Don't grift off other people's talent. Also, this isn't a special. This is developing material. You're killing his, set before it can take off the ground. On top of that you're putting the comedian at risk of backlash. They can say something controversial, and it can come off way worse than intended. Since this is devloping material, he's still trying to find the optimal way to convey his joke. All of this ends up being horrible for comedy. You want an open, relaxed vibe in the club. Hard to relax when people are recording a joke, the first time you're telling it.

No dude it's the youtube algorithm. This video has been up for 4 years. If anything, this uploader is a dick because they we're recording a comedian during a set. A lot of good reasons as to why that isn't aloud. Point being, when Norm was alive, this youtber was a parasite. He used Norm's show for his benefit. Essentially stealing, and now Norm "fans" are thanking him for doing it.

Yeah, you’re right. I wrongly assumed the video was recent. Still, take it easy calling him a dick and a parasite. This specific video he shared of norm has made me laugh so many times, and there was just no other way i could have experienced that. Im sure that’s true for hundreds of other people too. Even if it was stolen, which I agree is not good for artists.

God damn he was funny. Especially in just the little subtleties. Like "went to the war today". Effing perfect!!

I think it's in these nuances , is where his work lies. He has so many jokes inside him they just roll out.

Ignorant comment. I waited 2 years to post it and he had done all of the material in specials before I did. This is a chance for people to see him honing the jokes on the road before they were perfected. It's an art and this is watching it being created. Know your facts before you assume.
