the thing about Norm MacDonald that I love most is his seemingly haphazard way of telling a joke , he obviously never delivers them word for word ,yet he always kills . Behind that likable dumb guy act, is a fiercely intelligent comedy genius. No one better.
All the hosts love Norm.From David Letterman, Conan O'Brien,Dennis Miller,Howard Stern,Jimmy Kimmel and Jay Leno. But he is most loved by Dave and Conan. He is so handsome funny and humble and downright sweet.Thank God for RU-vid.
Ha, pretty remarkable when a comedian can make "what?" and "hahh?" into patented classics. Best "what?" ever delivered had to be at the end of the moth joke.
Norm is the only guest i have seen Conan say to along the lines "why did i have you here, but please come again" or "youre an ass, but thats why i like you". There is sooo much respect and theyre clearly good friends. Seeing Norm, Conan and Andy sitting down and laugh always makes my day.

Binge re-watching Norm clips to get through the pandemic and an impending hurricane. Seen this one a few times, and even though the goat sex joke is an old one just the way he tells it makes it new again.

I love Anthony jeselnik, Gilbert Godfrey, Jim Jeffries, the guys behind South Park, Sacha Baron Cohen etc. But imo Norm is possibly the funniest person ever.
When Christopher Guest comes out for the second interview, the first minute is hilarious. He brings out a 3/4-inch tape, hands it to Andy, and says it's a little movie he made for his wife. Andy takes it and immediately tosses it behind the couch. ROFLMAO!!! 🙂
I feel like I could have grown up to be like Norm if I didn't care so much what others thought of me. My best friends know my true crazy unhinged insanity of imagination and associative humor, and let me roll with it, kinda like how other comedian let Norm go on with whatever he's on about. Most people, tho, just try to understand, instead of letting themselves get swept in to fantastic moments that flow into each other. It's kinda like tripping on psychedelics but completely clear. It's bliss
