The delay between being picked up and taking the damage from supplex is pretty long. Unless your DR cd lasts awhile you might find it extremely difficult to slip it in at the right time. Say if the boss decides to skullcracker as soon as supplex comes odd cd, your pre-emptive cd would time out. Just my observation from tanking it.
