I just want to clear this up, this video is a STEREOTYPE, I'm seeing loads of comments saying "Not all Ryanair Landings are bad" or "this is bias". Ryanair is KNOWN FOR THEIR HARD LANDINGS, this video is a JOKE and I don't even know why people are taking it so seriously. So yeah, that's just clarification
"Ryanair is known for their hard landings" No. Remember that it was pc pilots and other ignorant people who started these jokes. You can joke about everything but dont be pretentious and start talking about the reality as you dont know how it works.
Why does Ryan Air (eg landings) have such a bad reputation for flying like cowboy pilots? Why do they do it? You could not pay me to ride RA. Crabbing, fast approaches, and those bosh landings 🩳💩🫣
Well, Emirates is not as cost and fuel efficient and they don't care as much about budget as budget airlines. Those pilots try to get as close to the runway as possible and come in faster than most other airlines. This helps them save fuel and reduce their approach time. In some cases, the pilots may feel a need to quickly adjust their altitude to avoid obstacles or turbulence and this can result in harsher landings.
Little known fact: all Ryanair pilots are carrier qualified and think that they’re trying to trap the #3 wire so they plant it on the tarmac accordingly

nope they coming in way to fast than others...flew with them once my mind dosen't even remember the landing...lol You can't come in by high speed and yet they slam it down lol
What people don’t know is that Ryanair does these hard landings because they usually land at airports with shorter runways. If they were to butter their landings, they would stay in the air longer. Since they do hard landings, they stop faster. -dapandalover
There is a really good reason for Ryanair to have hard landings. First they try to do the best they can. Second then aim to touch down as soon as possible. Third they always try their best no matter what.
