Hello fellow modellers! Several years ago I build this P-51 D Mustang kit from ICM ( Tamiya copy? ). At the time I was not making RU-vid videos but I like how the model looks and decided that it is worth showing. Hope you enjoy the video.

Hi Met, great build, I've just recently got the Eduard mustang and you have wet my appetite to start that next. Oh I purchased those chisels for you, they had three in stock. They should of been posted out on Friday afternoon so you should receive them soon. Stay safe my friend

This is a masterpiece considering that this is not the greatest of kits . Such a shame that much of the cockpit detail is undersized .

Just been given this kit for free ! Made in Kyiv Ukraine I see . We need a few squadrons of tank busting Mustangs over there right now .

Really cool I build the Academy 1/72 P51D with this decals but they were horrible. Love the AK polished aluminum finish how those it compare to the Vallejo range? Fantastic job that's for sure.

Thanks, there is no place for comparison. AK's metalizers are laquers while Vallejo are acrylics and laquers are out right better.

I don't know how ICM got away with this . Apart from the tyres this is the Tamiya model in another box .

Thanks, I used gas and oil effect and applied them with brush.
