Thanks for posting your question. Azle is part of the DFW Metroplex and strategically located closer to Ft Worth. This is a growing area for sure and part of the sprawl. Let me know if you would like more specific information about Azle or the surrounding area.
I’m very interested in this little suburb. Are properties appreciating as more people are migrating into these smaller, rural suburbs? Is there a high demand/ low supply for rentals?
@@abriyahyasha-rahla2656 yes prices are appreciating for all the reasons you mentioned. Appreciation levels in the rural areas are a little lower than the busy suburbs but still appreciating. Let me know if you have any additional questions or need anything. Thanks again for your post and questions.
Thank you for bringing up this question! It's always interesting to compare different cities and see how they differ in various aspects. Dallas and Austin definitely have their own unique characteristics, and it's fascinating to explore and learn about them. I live in North Dallas and have visited Austin a lot in the past 10 years. There is a different vibe for each city. I don't have specific stats on illegals, crime and homelessness, but I can tell you from living in North Dallas the trash on the highways here is minimal compared to other cities across the state.
