all the good players from Manipur are busy playing in ISL and I league (more than 70 players) So this is their fourth 8 tier team... On the other hand Nagaland is playing with the first team.. Still a long way to go

Very good performance from Nagaland compared to previous games where they used to lose 4-0, 5-0 to manipur. Manipur team selection not very good. Due to ongoing tournaments and political situation there even sports is affected. But since they have proper structured for sports even average players have stamina, fitness and are well seasoned players. Nagaland dominated in the first half but it seems fitness got to them in the second half. And just like you said Nagaland weren't good at off ball positioning. This is due to no proper football structure here where teams are coached and trained by licensed coaches. So they have no tactical approach to their game. But in Manipur every team has a A,B licensed coaches so players are used to all the tactics and ideas required to win games.

For me Nagaland played so well, better than Manipur, but it's a hard luck for Nagas, as from the first score it hit on the post. N ya, don't mind but i think Naga keeper did a bit silly mistake. Moreover as it is, was a hard luck.
