This wasn't random. There had to be some reason in her disturbed mind. Saying it's random is offensive. News anchor could've described it as a "sudden attack" anything but "random."
The alleged suspect needs to be released with zero bail. She is a victim of America's 'systemic racism' and must be given the opportunity to live a nice life.
