North Wildwood Beach Replenishment UPDATE 

The North Wildwood Beach Replenishment project is moving at an insane pace.
This past weekend we stopped by the job site to grab some seagull footage of the project. So far crews have been able to finish phase 1.
Phase 1 is laying sand from 8th Ave north and wrap around the jetty on 2nd Ave.
Phase 2 is adding sand to the streets South of 8th Ave.
At this rate, crews are pushing out about 100 by 200 feet of sand a day. With the project projected to be done by July 2nd, we could see the rest of the beaches done all the way down to 26th Street.
