Pretty amazing footage. Me and my friends played amazing games of capture the flag in those dunes when I was a kid (late 1980's). Glad to see that for the most part they survived the storm(s). I also remember going to the beach around 16th street. It was like going on safari.. the beaches were, I swear a half mile wide. I also remember fishing off the jetty at 2nd and JFK. Was back there a few summers ago and was surprised to see it completely surrounded by sand.. now back to waves crashing on it. It's pretty amazing the power of wind and water. Thanks for posting.
