The kids are always the first ones to want to go talk to new people, it's a beautiful experience to see them interact with the locals! It helps that in Thailand people are so friendly and welcoming. Happy Yuletide ( I learned a new word, I had to look it up 😅)
We couldn't interact much in this school, but we were quite surprised there was a school at all given how little the village was. We had our doubts if they had kids from the refugee camp, but we couldn't get much info about it and we weren't sure if the refugees get to leave the compound.
