Nortstar SD Truck Bed Review 

Thank you for this review. On to the next bed. I was really interested in this one too. As you were, it looks good but not very functional.

The look of those beds are sick! Deffinately look cheaply made! Specially for the prices of them! Thank you for the review!

I have the exact same bed on a 22 duramax and you are absolutely correct, the door shocks are to short wtf, the tail gate on mine opened when I went around a corner and had a group 4D battery fall out the back!! The lil very little metal trays hold a roll of tape & maybe a small crescent wrench, but I fixed all that, and I’m with you they do look good on short bed trucks

What would u do different now? Am a remodeler thinking of service body. Was thinking of the flatbed+job box route too

I use my truck for work too man and I didn’t expect too throw a bumper wheels tires and now a new flatbed on it either and it all cost money so no you’re not being picky I understand I’m the same way it’s gonna get tore up anyway but for the price it shouldn’t come messed up

Any luck with any warranty for the bed as far as paint goes? I know Nordstar warrants their paint to industry standard up to 6 months of original sale, but what do they define as industry standard?

Man I have the 11' model and I have all the same problems plus my smaller side doors on passenger side like to open randomly a lot of the time I'm thinking of selling it and buying a cm or a knapheide bed,or I might change the flat top handles to handles that open on the side....😤
