@@sktzn6829 Everyone has different opinion. And while people hated Czech Republic, Albania and Italy i don't understand the LOVE for Norway. HOW this song is better than Italian or Albanian ???
FIRST!!! For Noosh and Adele to like it, it says a lot!!! And Miceal is finally present in a reaction video haha! My winner for this year and no one is taking that spot! 💛
Well Daeva is right. Just a love story ballad that we have heard before , 100 times word "Attention", artist is ok though, vocals on point, but song is a big NO for me.
This is the winner song of Eurovision 2020! This song is awesome! Norway keep the chance and win in Rotterdam. Congratulations Ulrikke! Good luck from The Czech Republic! #ESC2020🇳🇴
I'm getting really quite tired of Daeva complaining in every video. She hates on everything and often in a rude way. It's unfair that she gets to be in the videos when there are soo many ESC fans who would love to do it!
Honestly i think a lot of people are too quick to dislike a song. Some songs are like movies, better than the first listen. And if this reaction is the only way you hear the song (speaking to fellow watchers of this video), you aren't really giving it a chanse. I also think disliking a song just because its a ballad is kinda unfair. Yes everyone has a taste and ballads aren't for everyone. But I think some people should not jump on a hate train just because its not in their preferanse. Yes its very much fine to not like a song, but you don't have to hate it. I just want to try to make people a little more respektfull towards songs, even though its not one they like. After all a lot of people worked hard on making it great.
I was hoping for either this one, or Pray for me. I think this will do well with the jury, but I don’t think we’ll win. Daeva, hva var din favoritt til å representere oss?
@Daeva Tollnes One Last Time was a mess - apart from the flame in hand thing. Norway will be happy Ulrikke got those 6,000 votes more than Kristin - Attention is a certain Top 10 song in Rotterdam.
Daeva I agree, I expected more than I got listening to this....and why are Danie and Louise in the same house, thats much more interesting than this entry :)
I supported Kristin but I am fine with this. Will this qualify? Certainly it will!! Will this win the ESC? I don't think so. Probably top 10 and that is great though.
Why do us norwegians have to be so apologetic about everything, like daeva playing down the song just in case someone might think we sent something bad without knowing it ourselves at least, when in reality everyone else thought it was good enough
Just sing in English and everything becomes wonderful. I wait for the day when everyone sings in their native language! Who knows if sung in Norwegian would have had the same effect!
2:44 see you in rotterdam 😾 Also Daeva When you listen to Shaj you say " Woo i shocked i love it ...." but When you listen to Attention you say "I dont think norway is going to qualify" 😾😾 . are you true? Attention >>>>>>>>> Shaj
@@marinnens4227 Shaj will struggle to qualify IMO. Attention will grip way more people. Especially with Albania revamping Shaj into an English pop song.
Daeva, I am with you gurl! So the UK girl doesn’t think this is generic?! Look, even though she looks like a man but Conchita Wurst already done this like years ago - better song, dress and staging. They rig the selection and send this when Norway has other better entries!
This is a good song, but it depends what the other countries are sending, will it stand out from the others or merge into any similar style songs. The staging doesn't have to be too flashy. As long as she can sing it live, it could do well. That is the beauty of ESC, it can be so random.
So let me understand?! Italy brings to the party a well composed ballad, great lyrics, emotions and great vocals, and people are dismissing the song because it is an outdated typical italian song "not made" for the ESC. Other countries (this happens usually with North European artists) bring songs with great vocal, but very basic English lyrics and overall not great ballads, and everyone goes crazy and celebrate them. Do you need the songs to be in English to like them? Also, when Italians (and Southern Europeans) singers are able to transmit emotions it is something almost "to look down on ". When Nord Europeans try to do the same (and often fail) it is emotional and well done?
SALTY. Who care if the song is in english or Italian. Attention has great lyrics, is so emotional (with the building from soft to powerful..., it makes it dynamic, can't say the same thing about Ita song), and Ulrikkes voice is soft and powerful. If you think the Italian song would do better in english, just sing in english than, it's up to the artist. English is an international language. Why go back to year 1900? And to turn it around why should the Norwegians reject a fantastic song just because it is in English and not Norwegian?
I don't understand all this hype for Norway ... really, explain it to me. I mean, I don't know if it will go so far, I just remind you that in 2017, the UK brought a wonderful ballad (in my opinion; and only 16 lucie jones arrived with "Never give up on you" and also had a more beautiful performance than this)
Daeva (from Norway?) always hate Norwegian songs no matter if its a ballad, up-tempo, mid-tempo' you name it. I start to wonder if she just wants to hate on all Norwegians songs cause she thinks thats a cool thing to do 🧐I really wonder what type of songs she like. Please tell us cause I want to know what kind of taste you have. Its getting a bit predictable listening to your reactions.
I’m with Daeva tbh i didn’t like the song. It might grow on me but overall it’s not my thing and it’s sad cuz i usually love these melodic songs. But not this one apparently
I am not a fun of this song, i don't know. I like her and her vocals but THIS is not the VOICE of Europe. Maybe i am wrong, but i can't see Norway in the final, I was surprised when Stela and Agnete stayed in semi in the past ...🤷♂️Sorry, wish u good luck though.
I’m so confused when it comes to this Eurovision season. I absolutely love the season itself, but out of the 11 selected entries I don’t really care for any of them. I understand why people like 🇳🇴 and it’s the recipe for amazing ness in esc, but I just don’t like it. 🇦🇺 is okay I guess but it gets boring after a few listens. 🇦🇱 is the same as 🇦🇺. I am so happy and disappointed at the same time. Out of the 11 entries we have I don’t honestly care for any of them 🤷♂️. There were so many good songs in the selections but none of them made it, Like common. Pretty much everyone can agree on 🇨🇿, never got the hype with 🇱🇹🇱🇻🇦🇲. The internal ones are just meh, all of them. The only hopes I have as of this moment for good entries in my opinion right now are 🇸🇪 with “Bulletproof” or “Move”, 🇺🇦 with “Solovey” or “99”, 🇵🇹 with some of their entries as well. I know there are more to come of this season but for me this start is very disappointing as with choices of entries. Does anyone agree to some degree?
The majority of countries this year are really playing it safe with the jury bait (a few notable exceptions). I'm with Daeva - this song is boring. It takes a special park & bark to turn my head.
Its a great song, her voice is amazing. But its not really Eurovision material, no crazy performance. I didnt get the Eurovision vibe hahah. I want a show, in my opinion thats what esc is all about, like i want some crazy shit going on on stage. If you come with a ballad, i expect something unexpected. Just like last year i really really loved Arcade, one of my favorite songs, but there was no show. Personally, i thought Norway or russia shouldve won, Even though the Netherlands had the best song, it wasnt the best performance. K thx bye:)
Are you kidding me...where are the strings and where are the beat and snap sounds in Lucie Jones song? Not the same chords or chordbuilding so how can this be a plagiarism? Only plagiarism here is they are both female :D chordify.net/chords/lucie-jones-never-give-up-on-you-official-audio-mezori chordify.net/chords/ulrikke-brandstorp-attention-mgp-2020-eurovision-norway-ulrikke-brandstorp
