Hi we’re going to Alaska on Encore next may. We booked a club balcony cabin but can you recommend a good deck location? I believe we have the choice of deck 12,13, or 14.
@@susanhernandez8365 We had our balcony on deck 10. We like midship because the movement felt by the ship is minimized if you are toward center. Honestly I don’t think you could go wrong with any room you pick!
So confused about the availability of Wi-Fi and cell service will we be able to use the Norwegian app if we turn it to airplane mode without Wi-Fi service
We only had limited wifi however we were able to use the app while on the ship. There is no service while on the boat. Some of the ports you can use your phone to make calls if needed. You can purchase wifi if needed
