@martyn6792 They are trap points to protect the main line and yes I noticed that as well when editing, am still trying to pin point the best place to have the camera in the cab and this time it just wasn't the best place as I managed to stop the refection glaze but like you say you now cannot read the signals, trial and error just now but we will get there

You are correct yes but I need a confirmation driver over the route (Haughley Jn to Ely) to ensure I was happy and ready to sign it off that is the reason why we went that way

@annabelholland Yes i do believe it's all going to or from Felixstowe as for the passenger trains I cannot say as that's nothing to do with me

Except that the section of the Trowse Swing Bridge (near Norwich) and between Soham and Ely is single track. And the section between Ipswich and Ely only has a passenger service every two hours per direction.

The machine had to be turned ready for weekend work as it was facing the wrong way

@JL-rx6hl This was recorded on a tamper which runs at a slower line speed then the passenger trains
