I have one just like it. And when I used it, I noticed a smell of motor oil inside the shaved ice. I realized that it is a bad design where the engine chiminea instead of being projected outwards, does so inwards where the shaved ice is.

We love ours and our popcorn machine by the same people!

I just got mine but for some reason I can’t lock down the feed insert and shaving canister.

I found a better way in doing snow cones but I leave a bottle of fluids in long enough not to completely freeze do I have a slush drink

My insert doesn’t have the ridges around the edge. Also very very hard to lock the lid to start.

El mio no funcionó, muy poca potencia para licuar el hielo. Ni siquieras los pedacitos pequeñotos de hielo, 😢dinero perdido, von la luz 110 lento. Con la luz 220 se quemo el motor
