The family had seen a large Brown snake hanging out by the house and called us and we responded straight away! When we arrived I realised that the situation got a little bit more complicated as it turned out there were 2 Brown Snakes hiding in the same area. I was able to catch the 2 Brown snakes quite quickly and easily which was good. This was in the middle of the breeding season so it made sense that there were multiple snakes hanging out in the same spot.
To our surprise a couple of hours later we got called back to catch the 3rd and biggest of the 3 Brown snakes! What a day!
Its not very often that you catch 3 Eastern Brown snakes at a family's home in one day thats for sure! In fact this is unseen footage from a couple of years ago and I havent had this happen since.
