This is a long video, no way around it. There are a lot of steps to take and it must be done correctly. If you try this, or any other kind of canning, follow USDA Complete Guide To Home Canning or the Ball Canning book instructions! Pressure canning is the ONLY way to preserve low acid foods. Never attempt to water bath can low acid foods!
I know when I first started canning it seemed like a lot to learn. But it's really not that hard. Don't be scared Jasper! You can do it. Follow the instructions in the book, use good equipment, and you will end up with a safe jar of food on the shelf that's good for years. Cheers!
