@khaelkugler Very true! It was his choice while resisting he gave in and had a first taste of what was soon to be a lifetime addiction. Moe just further fueled it throughout the years, which agreed it is horrible!
Wow I am impressed this Simpsons channel actually managed to land a halfway decent title. Normally it's some of the most bazar shit I read on RU-vid. Like "Marage's ass seduces Flanders." Also the video quality is ridiculously good in comparison to some of these other channels.
Shame Santa's little helper's like was cut at 5:08 where he says rough; Homer says rough? I don't know you've been saying that all night, and SLH says "chewy?"
strange how homer went from dictating to Lisa and actually talking like a knowledgeable critic, but then lisa leaves him and suddenly hes dumb again...
that wasn't homer on the front page of that newspaper. that baby was born the day BEFORE homer. the newspaper recounts stories from yesterday. does matt groening take us all for a bunch of fools?!
Too bad Selma never gave sober Barney a chance. He isn't a picky man and in plenty of episodes stated how he was attracted to her. If Barney stayed sober, I actually think a episode exploring Selma with Barney could be great. Selma just wants someone to love her for her and Barney could use a strong female presence. Like Homer and Marge.
Whenever anyone discusses Homer in the episodes he's either called words such as dumb, fat, or downright stupid. Homer's favourite thing to do is eat. It's common in the episodes whereby they notice Homer eating they're disgusted. When, though, the audience of the newspaper reads that he's now a critic, and this food is '[insert word here]' with an incredibly positive review and recommendation, of course everyone would want to go. Statistically a restaurant's business in the evening of reading that critic's review raises more customers (thus more people buying food) by 20-25%. It also continues to be of high demand for around two weeks after. Therefore, when Homer is saying the food is absolutely delicious, the customer of the restaurant isn't thinking about their weight or that they're starting to look like Homer. They're ignoring all the unhealthy fats, salt, starch, and bad ingredients that have been secretly placed in particularly by restaurants that before this had a terrible review. By eating the same food, they're getting the same weight gain. Also just a quick fact: too much bad fat and unnecessary extra sugar, salt, and not enough or too much water in your diet is bad for the liver. Paired with fizzy drinks and alcohol, your body creates fluid in the abdomen, known as Ascites. This is caused by the damaged liver struggling to handle such junk food at the speed they're eating it every day, along with the fizzy drinks and alcohol on the top.
