netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
after hitting above command please restart your system and your issue will be solved for sure , let me know in comment if solved or not i will reply you.

Jb maine flushdns cmd daali. To vha likha aya could not flush the dns resolver cache.

When I enter "renew" command, it say no operation can be performed on Ethernet while it has its media disconnted....
