FAQ's:
Q: If I do this, will I loose all my DATA?
A: If you choose the option to 'Erase Everything' then yes, you will loose all DATA. If you choose the option to safe your DATA then it should be saved unless there is some other error with the storage or install/reset.
Q: If I choose the option to save my files, it wont reset :(
A: Then you may not be able to use that option in your situation :( The best way to save DATA is to back it up. In some situations, with computer errors, DATA can be lost if its not backed up. Does your computer not accept the correct password or have you forgotten the password?
Q: It asks me to enter Windows Recovery Media?
A: If it asks you to enter Recovery Media, you may need to create it yourself for free or purchase it if you cannot.

Q: The reset does not work. Its asks me to 'Free Up Space' or 'The Reset Failed'
A: If the reset option does not work and you are unable to reset, perhaps try the new install option. At 1:56 in this video, choose the bottom option for 'Advanced Options' instead and follow the prompts for the New Install. Watched your video. After windows re-installed the blue screen didn’t appear. Went straight to the normal log in screen that is causing the problem.

Man! you're just a life saver,😭 I clicked something wrong in the boot settings and I can't get in my laptop after restarting.😮‍💨 because the prompt to enter the PIN is not up and there is no way I could reset the PIN. I tried everything but didn't work. your video has saved me tons of time and money. I held down the shift key and restarted several times but the next window never came up. It always came back to the password enter area. 74 year old lady struggling. My grandson lost my volume so I am working hard.

On your startup window under accessablility, click the online keyboard once, click the shift button-(it should remain highlighted if you press it one time only) , click on the power button and then click restart. I had to do it that way to restart mine and get the menu. Holding the physical keyboard shift button wouldn't work for me either. If that helps

It's no use when you choose save data an reset this PC. It ask for you're password when trying proceed. You have to literally erase all you're data. No solution as others have mentioned. It's just a factory reset. Windows really made it difficult to reset password. It's the worst set they've created.

@@PC_Monkey Pro tip: Hold Power and delete , 5 seconds, release too power down the hp STREAMER ,(Only for this convo) now power UP same way , hold power and Delete 5 seconds will No Fail , everytime enter the advanced REPAIR Tier ADMIN and give you stronger power to get and hold for opening DATA that is impossible too save in the other Power Mode , also remember the edit JF power too ULTIMATE worx wonders on these streammers , add code too cmd as admin and type power in Prompt open EDIT , plug in , set to never processors need 100% value , ( use 96% plugged in, 7 % battery) Maximum Performnace window drop settings, click DOWN Arrow* , set too ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE , now dont be playing youtube , Streming STEAM * Etc. low graphix set on GAME , use a good Monitor and use them settings , LG has pre-sets on IPS versions old and new , HDMI cord to a 27 -36 inch monitor is threshold for model 14eb171wm win11pro hundreds of sucesses. im doing win10 home to win10pro TI NY as we speak and ran into one another , nice work bro . sending some love too , im on Tank Force ex devs , thru STEAM running specific SETS for this HP STREAMER, it is the cheapest yet

No. You must lose the files and unlock the pc. You must sacrifice the files unfortunately, unless you look for high end hackers or fbi techs to break into it.

Hey, so since you essentially did a factory restart and removed all the files, I am confused. I DO NOT want to remove any files, and when you click on that prompt windows instinctively gives you those prompts. What good is that for me, when I need my files Sir?

Hi. I'm glad to have met your channel. I have a long questuion so I'll do my best to leave as many details as possible. I formerly had windows 11 on my laptop but I has virus attacks so I had to wipe my drive, reinstall windows and start all over (I am using Lenovo ThinkPad T490) but I had problems selecting the boot device. It wouldn't boot from my bootable flash drive nor my laptop's drive.. In fact, the laptop could not select boot device. It just comes back to boot menu. So I had no option but to disable secure boot, allow Legacy booting before my laptop could select the boot device and proceed to installing Win10. Now I can't upgrade to Win11 because secure boot is disabled (a requirement to install wundows 11)

Wow great video I did the steps that he gave me and my computer was unlocked and it was like new. I am really happy I found this video because it was easy and fast and nothing complicated. I would recommend this guy and the video to anyone who needs to unlock their computer..

Omg thank u thank u....I was given a pc after an old enpolyer went out of business, they were supposed to give us codes to unlock, never did. This pc has been sitting for 11 months locked until this video !!!!!!!
