Poor lay took a bite out of that Sausage and I was feeling the pain. She had no mercy. I use to cook them in peanut oil slow cooking it and sauteing Onion's and green peppers with Mushrooms people just love it like that and you can also cook your Hot Dogs the same way.

Wen I was in Makati august there my girlfriend and her 2 friend's all wore jackets and it was a really hot day and here was me in shorts and t-shirt and I was sweating like hell and them wearing coats.😅🥵 I come from a cold country and they live in hot Philippines.
I use to know a man he was darkish skin english but asian type skin, he was same shivering like crazy, his partner use say whats the matter with you lol its not cold, think its dna can be ancestral too, somewhere hes dna was a hot climate. So not only who live there do it, Dont they do diabetic cake food? That has no sugar 👍you look slimmer already than when you was in ireland eating that yummy food.
Hmm......it looks to me like a cold, wet weekend in Scunthorpe.....in a tent! The only time to go to Mon Jam is when the mountainside is covered in red roses on the flower farms & that's not till January. There are beautiful mountain views all around the Samoeng loop near Chiang Mai without going up to the overhyped, overcrowded & overpriced tent city at Mon Jam.
That was so foggy in the mountain tgat it was like being back in Ireland. Tom, have you considered how many hidden calories there are in the coffee, black coffee without sugar might help. Every meal Lay eats has chocolate, including breakfast. And i bet if she had a red velvet cake you would not have resisted.
That view is amazing were used to this weather tho tom lol my Filipina was freezing like a ice cube when I had the a.c on 18c I'm watching TV no shirt on still saying it's hot lol
