I am a cookbook junkie...I also love Susan Branch and Tasha Tudor...I like unusual cookbooks and herbal companions as well. I like simple rustic crafts and wreaths...thank you, Miss Nicole 🫖
Wonderful fine on some amazing cookbooks 😊. Sandra Lee was really a nice meal planner on tv that made nice meals in less time and would plan nice simple party meals. I enjoyed her back in the day. She always had a sweet personality! God bless you and your sweet family,have a blessed Sunday……🍃💗🍃
I belonged to a cookbook club in the 70's and purchased all types of specialty cookbooks. I sold most when moving cross country. Ive slowly replaced my favorites!
I’m from the south so I sometimes pick up cook books for southern cooking. I bought one with recipes from Mississippi, and was surprised to see a little section about “noodling”. My mom and I had just watched a show about noodling, if you’ve never heard about noodling, it’s a way to hand catch catfish. Yes, full immersion in a river or lake, going underwater usually, to stick your hand in a hole and let the catfish chomp onto your hand and then you pull him out! Catfish don’t have teeth, just raspy lining, so no injuries. ✌🏼❤️
Hi, Do you ever come across any cookbooks for Cooking for One? I find most receipes are servings for 4 to 6 servings and hard always know how to reduce every ingredient amount for just serving for one person. I think some time in the past I saw a new cookbook (was too expensive anyway for me to buy), in a store for cooking for two servings but I need a cookbook for 1 person only. I guess everyone has a spouse, signaficant other/ and or family. Sadly, I have none of those.....not even any family so I would, like to find a easy cookbook for one. Please let me know if you find one or anyone reading this has one. I only have a super tiny refrigerator and has a super tiny freezer so can't freeze larger portions of recipes.

I would really appreciate it i don't have a car and have to take buses wherever I go, so it is hard for me to get to thrift stores, as it is two buses EACH way, to closest thrift store. Gotta get off one bus, and have to wait for a transfer bus, therefore can't get out to thrift stores very much. Four buses total just to get to and back home just to get to my closest thrift store. Fortunately I have a nearby grocery store but they are not near or direction of thrift store. Please remember me, if you do see a cook book for Cooking for One. Thank you and have a nice Sunday.
